Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at contact@appliancecure.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to:

Note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) business days for the return to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
